What We Can Offer
We want to dispel the negative aspects associated with shooting, by promoting it as a fun sport for all ages. Our current members range in age from pre teens to those in their 70s and 80s, and includes male, female and disabled members.
You do not need any previous shooting experience or even your own gun as the club has it’s own guns, with training and safety instruction given to all members. Shooting is available on 10m and 20 yard ranges and is always under the supervision and control of a qualified Range Conducting Officer (RCO).
Experienced shooters are able to bring their own guns and can shoot pistols or rifles up to and including competition level.
Additional Information
First and foremost the club is very friendly with everyone welcome from novice to expert. Add to that the fact that costs are low and no previous experience or equipment is required. Also hot and cold drinks, toilets etc are available and if you just want to come along and have a go to see what it is all about, then please pop in and see us.
For those that want to progress further with their shooting, then the club will also allow progression to regional, national and international competitions.
